Since Visions is highly resistant to thermal shock it can easily go from freezer to stove to table, then into the sink to soak without worry. Visions performs differently than conventional cookware and it may be necessary to make some adjustments in the way you are used to cooking.
Non-stick cookware is toxic, stainless steel and cast iron leach metals into your foods. The pots come with original, proper fitting lids and ALL have no cracks or chips whatsoever.
